- Heart ‘beet’ - chargrilled duck hearts, salted beets, cream of Cumbrian cheese.
- Caramelised Aubergine - miso glaze, celeriac slaw, seeds and nuts.
- Shin of Beef w/ wild mushrooms, caramelised shallots, fermented carrots, potato purée, Manchester Pale Ale
- Miso Pollock; 24-hour marinated, with parsnip gratin, sexy greens
- Roasted Squash (Ve) w/ wild mushroom farce, pine nut and herb crum, slow cooked tomato sauce and vegan Parmesan.
- Chocolate Mousse - orange shortbread, Earl Grey Tea ice cream, tuile
- Vegan Chocolate Mousse - winter fruits, sweet croutons, candied hazelnuts.
- Sticky Toffee Pudding - burnt caramel, vanilla ice cream
