BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read and understand our terms below.
We require credit card details to secure reservations for all bookings up to 6 people. These details are kept securely with a third party provider (Stripe) and will only be charged in the event the cancellation terms are not met. We, Elnecot, can not be held responsible for any third party lack of personal data breach.
For bookings of 7 or more people, we require payment of a £10 per person deposit to secure the table.
Cancellation policy for our Daytime, Evening, Sunday Roast and Brunch Menus. (Please see down below for all special event cancellation policies)
For tables of 1 - 4 we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation or a reduction in numbers: failure to give this notice will automatically incur a non refundable £10 per person fee.
For tables of 5 or 6 we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of a cancellation or a reduction in numbers: failure to give this notice will automatically incur a non refundable £10 per person fee.
For tables of 7 or 8 we ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers: failure to give this notice will automatically incur a non-refundable £10 per person fee.
For tables of 9 or more, we ask for a minimum of 1 week’s notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers: failure to give this notice will automatically incur the deposit fee non refundable.
Deposits for Cancellations made within the permitted time frame will be refunded once the booking date has passed.
For all queries relating to our deposit system please email hello@elnecot.com. Please note our restaurant staff have no authorisation over the refund of deposits.
We would like to make you aware that this cancellation policy covers Covid related cancellations also
We allow up to 15 mins after your reservation time for your arrival. Please contact us via phone, text or email if you are going to be late as failure to do so will incur the charge if applicable and we also reserve the right to give your table away with no guarantee another table will be available.
If you book within 24 hours of the date of your reservation then you agree to waive the rights and benefits of the standard 24 hours cancellation period where you would otherwise be entitled to.
Cancellations deemed refundable will be processed within 3 working days OF THE BOOKING DATE, via Stripe, and may take 3-4 more working days to appear in your account.

For all tables of 9 persons and over we do not split bills
CHRISTMAS TERMS 2023
A deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking - this time and date is then secured.
Update 01/12/2023 - as of the 1st December, for any pre-booked Christmas bookings, we Elnecot reserve the right, to charge the full £35 for any cancellations made within 5 days of the booking date.
Payment by either Card or Bank transfer. Please note we do not split bills over tables of 8.
Please email hello@elnecot.com within 14 days of the booking date to request any changes. We will try our best to accommodate any change of date, subject to availability, or will be happy to use your new deposit against a new date.
We appreciate that plans can change. We respectfully ask for at least 14 days notice for any cancellations. If you cancel / reduce numbers within the 14 days notice period the £10 per person deposit is no longer refundable and cannot be used on a later booking.
A pre order containing the guests name / allergy information is required at least 10 days prior to the booking date. No changes to the Christmas menu pre order can be made once submitted.
Wine flight - Please confirm this at the time of booking
CHRISTMAS DAY 2023
We have limited numbers of bookings for Christmas day.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
The remaining full balance is required on the day
A pre order containing the guests name / allergy information is required at least 10 days prior to Christmas Day. No changes to the Christmas pre order can be made once submitted.
Wine flight - please confirm at the time of booking
SUPPER CLUBS
A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking to confirm your place. This is deducted from the final bill. This is non refundable for any cancellation or reduction of numbers.
GIFT VOUCHERS
These are handled by a 3rd party - Giftpro. We cannot be held responsible for any actions from this company that results in the gift vouchers not being received. We cannot extend the expiry date of a gift voucher.
We do have gift vouchers available in the restaurant for sale. Any promotions or offers on gift vouchers are only valid on the vouchers purchased from the restaurant directly and do not apply to any 3rd Party companies eg. Giftpro.
We cannot post gift vouchers from our Ancoats Restaurant.
GENERAL
At busy times your wait may be a little longer than normal - please be patient
All menus are online at www.elnecot.com - if you require a paper version please speak to a member of staff
We will not tolerate any rude or aggressive behavior towards any member of our team
All our food is freshly prepared on site and we cannot guarantee any food or drink is allergen free. For anyone who has any food allergies please mention this either on notes in the booking system, or alternatively make your server aware on the day before placing your food order. Some menu items are marked V or VE and may have been cooked in our deep fat fryer which may contain traces of gluten, dairy or non plant based matter.
Before accepting these terms please note that Elnecot management and their affiliates reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice. Please also note that we reserve the right to change our Menu prices without notice, this is due to the ever increasing price changes from our suppliers. If this is a concern please check with us before booking or ask your server on the day. Thank you for your continued support.
